The Personality Test assesses a candidate: Mental alertness, Leadership qualities, Decision making ability, Communication skills, Analytical thinking, General awareness, Suitability for a career in the Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Services. This three stage process evaluates not only academic knowledge but also the overall personality and administrative aptitude required for a successful career in the Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS).
